I need to place on my OPAL XII assembleon machine SOIC8 component.

They are on tube package.

What is the best way to place them without problems: belt feeder, stick feeder, ..., what are the differences between them?

By belt feeder, do you mean tape & reel? By stick feeder, do you mean vibratory? Tape & reel is the best method and far more reliable than vibratory.
