Paste Height Interactive Control Chart | 31 May, 2012

Does anyone use an excel spreadsheet to monitor and show via a control chart their paste height check data and if so would they have a copy that I could use as a template? We have a spreadsheet that we use but print it off and fill the data in, I am looking at using an automated one and was wonderinf if something already exists?
