Very interesting, how you can answer that with that many details that you gave us. Here are some preliminary questions, before anybody can give you any answer:

Pb or Pb-free? 3mil stencil or 8mil stencil? How many shifts? Quantity will depend also on the squeege sizes that you are using. high dense PCB or slow dense PCB? Are you using dross reducer in the wave? How thick the boards are. What is your pot temperature....? Is the PCB a high thermal mass PCB? What flux are you using? I will follow up on this one - looks a very interesting question?

Dear Evtimov, Hi, many thanks for your decent answer. I utterly agree with you that if I would like to have an accurate answer I had to give you more details as you mentioned in your reply.However, I thought that under certain circumstances any producers are able to record the amount of daily, weekly or monthly average consumption of soldering paste and also they can record the amount of their PCB and PCBA products per square meter at the same time. Therefore, I asked people who have such records in their company to give me an estimated proportion in order to calculate an average all of them.
