SMD Top Marking

Hi,

Greetings!!!

Iam a service engineer working as a free lancer. Currently iam working on a PCB where i need to replace a SMD component, i think its a transistor but iam not sure as i dont have the original schematic. I have the image with device top marking.

if anyone can help me to identify the component it would be agreat help for me.
