Issue with MYDATA MY19 "Transducers do not agree" | 12 February, 2020

I am running a MYDATA MY19 machine.the problem is that the first 2 hours after turning on the machine it does not work throwing the following error: "transducers do not agree".

After approximately 1 or 2 hours the machine starts working normally.

The x belt was changed 6 months ago...

Thanks.

Do you have a photo of the actual error?

Looks like an X-belt problem. is it tensioned correctly, not too loose or too tight? Or the X motor is acting up.

I was consulting the manual of the machine and to measure the tension of the x belt I need a frequency counter and two prisms but I don't have these tools, is there any other way to measure the tension?

Not really, just eyeball. Does it look too loose or feel too tight. Is it lubricated properly, is there enough grease on the sprockets? Also, check the ribbon cables. They might be damaged.

I checked it and there is no problem with the lubrication the cables are in good condition. The band feels a little loose I will try to make the adjustment to see if that is the problem.
