CP45FV NEO Z1 axis motion is interfered by another axis | 13 September, 2021

Hello all, thank you to the people that have been helping me out, Hristo and Bukas. I just thought I should put this out there and see if any one can help. When I try to pick up a nozzle I get the following error:

[0800] <EMER>; Z6 axis motion is interfered by another axis

I use the ANC function button at the top of the MMI. PICK it moves the head over the location then errors. Does anyone have a video of what it should look like when PICK is pressed? That would be really handy.

Has anyone come across this or have any idea what it relates to? Thank you.

I have not been able to make this machine function to date so its not as if it was working and now is not.

Thanks again and have a great day.

Would anyone be able to take a picture of the CP45 head and show the bracket that holds the opto sensor on the left of the head assembly? It has a lever on the mirror that interrupts it.

hi James. does this happen with every head or just Z6? Does the head move vertically at all? What ANC holder is selected in setup "Hole position detail"? There should be 4 options for "ANC hole position version". If the machine is CP45FV NEO then ANC holder should also have NEO in its name, it should be like 37 hole ANC NEO (on my machine it is the third option under drop menu). Let me know if you need anything else. my skype is bukva.slaven

Hi Bukas, Every head, yes they move down, I should have mentioned the sensor is on the right , not the left. It detects the mirror swinging down. There is another sensor on the servo motor, its mirror home, it works I see it changing when I break the beam.

Would you be able to tell me which name the mirror sensor shows up as in the input DIAG screen?

My machine has a 37 hole nozzle holder.

Thank you for your help. Have a great day.
