Flexjet3 No Nozzle Detected During Dropoff

Having an issue with changing nozzles on one of our FJ3 heads. We get errors on spindle 5 and 6 when bank-changing nozzles. Event code 31208, unable to find any info on this code. When we use the put nozzles away routine it does it no problem but has consistent issues when running production. So it seems it can put nozzles away one at a time with no problem but when it tries to change multiple we run into the problem.

Spindles 5 and 6 look to be about 20-30 mils high with a straight edge across the bottom of the spindles with the nozzles removed. My thought is that when gang picking, the higher spindles don't touch down when the lower spindles do which causes the error to be generated. My guess is the spindles need height adjustment?

We cleaned the pin mirrors and checked clutches but no improvement.

Has anyone else experienced this?
