I ask for advice on starting wave soldering machine. The soldering machine is not new. Are there guidelines for properly loading solder into a bath and more. I also ask you to recommend an alloy. What do you think about Alpha Sn Plus 07 or SN100C(SnCu0.7Ni)? Thank you.

What manufacturer is it? I usually stack the bars in as tight as possible. Especially against the wall of the pot with heaters. While it's heating keep applying slight pressure with a bar of appropriate material, towards the sides to facilitate melting. Can't help on the solder type.
