DEK Horizon 02i Vision init issue

I have a 2005 DEK Horizon 02i, the cmos batt was dead, so I replaced, and reset the bios.

The device hangs in initialization, eventually erroring out. The vision led's blink rapidly during this period.

Also, the card shows an error in device manager. Any ideas here, or is there some specific setting in the bios I need to fix?

I've looked at the logs, its error 234. Looking backwards, I see where this has happened some time ago as well.

Its looking like this was a CPU speed issue. The BIOS defaults to X3, and it needs X7.5 for the PCA-6180E CPU card.
