Sorry about creating a new thread, but I wanted to make sure that this didn't get buried.

I was sent the files and have posted them to the library.

There are three files in a single zipped file. If you need an unzip program go to http://www.winzip.com

The three file types contained in there require Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Adobe PDF viewer.

Also as a note, you could upload anything like this in the library at any time. The maximum file size is 1.4 megabytes. Basically if it'll fit on a floppy disc you can put it in the library. That way you can write a summary of it.

Dissolution of the component metallisation into the liquid solder. _ > What is "Halo effect" ?

"...a light area around holes or other machined areas on or below the surface of the base material." IPC-610-C, 10.2.4

Commonly indicative of delamination due to undue physical stress. I don't recall seeing this phenomenon except around tooling holes that were undersized and the operators decided it was their responsibility to ream 'em out with a busted drill bit and tap handle. :
