We have 2 different wave machines. An Electrovert with a foam flux and a Vitronics with a spray flux that is no-clean. We started noticing on the Vitronics that we were flooding inside the wave fixture. After further review we noticed that the angle the boards going across the pot on the Vitronics was less than what it is on the Electrovert. Could the flooding be part of the reduced angle and that the speed on the Vitronics must be faster than Electrovert? We tried lowering the flow on the Vitronics but this does not seem to help. Also would the fixtures have to have greater angles on the cutouts because of the difference how the board moves over the wave because of the angle to the wave? All input appreciated. Cheers.
