Has anyone out there actually used this product?

We have put in multiple requests for Quotes, samples, and Purchases over the past month with no response.

All attempts at contacting the sales group have failed. Currently we are being told that only 1 person at the company handles the quotes and sales for this product.

If anyone has actually used this product, I would like to know: Standard Pricing Actual dross reduction ( for Pb and Pb-free solders ) Current lead times CONTACT NAME AT COMPANY

Useless. What did he say about it??? He stopped by the booth and listened to a sales pitch!

I E-Mailed them out of their website and asked for samples and was informed that they could not / would not do that until they have local representation!? Sounds like they don't want to sell it that bad. I guess us potential users are going to have to wait for them. We might just find something out there that will work just as well (assuming it does work) before PK gets on the ball.

Well, at least Russ actually got to speak with someone! I called and left a voicemail for Mr. Larry Kay, the President of PKay Metal.

I do not believe I have ever experienced this much difficulty actually getting a company to sell a product.

Anyway, if he responds, I will certainly let him know he has a market for his product here.

I'll keep you all posted.
