Solder Paste Stencil Reference Material

Has anybody run across a good concise book or other source on solder paste, its characteristics, handling, storage, stencil design, printing and reflow? Yes I asking for the world!

I don't know how anyone could catalogue the stuff. The work would be voluminous. Let us know you findings.

Yes I asking for the world! | | TX | Mark | SMT Magazine published a supplement "Pathways to SMT" just last July. If you have somebody at work who subscribes, maybe you can borrow it. Also check out the magazine on-line and read the step-by-step section. Both are very good and up to date.

It seems that what you are looking for is a reference book for SMT processes...Check out SMT Materials, Processes and Equipment by Carmen Capillo...It might help or ask for any Updated release of such Book.
