PANASONIC RMA Nozzles breakage | 10 March, 2000

We have nozzles breakage troubleshooting since we uses the PANASONIC RMA nozzle on our MV2x Chip-shooter. Our nozzles are breaked in its opening, and cause components damages.

Also, if anyone with experience in nozzles breakage with PANASONIC RMA Nozzles can lead me away from their knownledges I would appreciate that as well.

Jeff, The problem you are describing MAY be related to the push up pin setting on your component feeder units. Please verify that the push up pin height is set correctly for the feeder units, and the nozzle pick-up and placement heights are to the correct specification. We do not use push up pin. The nozzle pick-up and placement heights are checked many times. We are looking for wich component can break the nozzles.
