• All assets are used/second hand and sold as it, where is basis with all faults and without recourse.
• Deposit of RMB100,000 is needed prior to bidding. Bidders will not be allowed to bid until deposit paid.

• Auction end / close times are automatically extended an additional 10 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes of an auction. This will continue until no bids are placed for the last 10 minutes of an online auction.
