Maynards and GES Associates have been appointed by Soitec, a manufacturer of Solar Modules, to manage the sale of surplus assets of its entire North America and Germany manufacturing and R&D facilities. The sale includes equipment used in the manufacturing of glass plates within solar process while the tools that place the solar cell into the substrate are semiconductor standard. Tools at both locations were purchased new in 2011 and brought online in 2012.
