Overview:

In this webinar, you will learn best practices for social media marketing and social selling.

The pandemic has changed the way that we all interact and conduct business. In-person events, trade shows, and even visiting a client or prospect’s office are generally off the table. Even if we are optimistic about the return of these activities in 2021, many things will likely never go back to the way they were before. That’s why forward-thinking businesses are adapting to this new normal and leveraging technologies like social media, not just to get through the lockdown, but as an effective and efficient opportunity for business development that will continue to help drive revenue even when the pandemic is totally behind us.

This webinar will discuss two methods for using social media for business development:

First, how to best leverage your branded business social media accounts. Using your company pages and branded accounts you can deploy paid social advertising campaigns, provide customer service, and build a community and loyal following for your business.

Second, we will discuss how you and your sales teams, leaders, and other employees can be empowered to utilize their own personal social media accounts to build their professional networks, establish themselves as thought leaders within the industry, and connect with clients and prospects.

This webinar is designed to offer actionable insights for businesses at all levels of digital sophistication, starting with the basics like choosing your platforms and optimizing your profiles, and continuing through to more advanced topics like long-form thought leadership publishing and audience segmentation.
