For inclusion in the official onsite event guide, you must have your company description and other required information updated and sent to expos@smta.org before October 14, 2022.

Prices are US$ and can be converted to local currency at the current conversion rate. Discounts are not permitted. Exhibit space fees are refunded (minus $100 fee) if cancelled, in writing, prior to fourteen (14) days before the expo. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit all fees paid.
