The 33rd Annual SMTA Golf Tournament will be held at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN. AGE NOTICE: SMTA hosted events are strictly 18+ unless expressly approved by the designated SMTA event manager. 8/22/2024 When:August 22, 2024 Where: The Wilds Golf Club (952) 445-3500 Contact:Erik Stromberg SMTA Upper Midwest Chapter 33rd Annual Golf Tournament When: Thursday, August 22, 2024 @ 11:00AM Shotgun Start: 11:00AM. Please arrive by 9:30AM for check-in. Practice range with warm-up balls will be available. Lunch will not be provided.Registration: Register by Friday, August 2nd to Erik Stromberg via email at estromberg@e-tronix.com. Include your name, company name, telephone #, and your average score for 18 holes. If you have any questions, phone Erik at (612) 803-2619. Fees: $80 for 18 holes. This fee includes golf, cart, prizes, and an early dinner. All fees must be received by Friday, August 16th. No-shows will be invoiced. Space is limited so please make your reservations early. We will organize the teams based on your golfing caliber in order to make the teams fair. The number of suppliers and users in the four-some will also be taken into consideration. As most of you know from previous years, the tournament will be played in rain or shine unless it is lightning outside, so plan accordingly to the weather conditions. Dinner: The SMTA local chapter will be sponsoring an early dinner after the tournament for everyone in the clubhouse / outdoor patio starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. Sponsorships: $500 Sponsorships for the dinner are available to help offset the costs. Each sponsor will get a sign on the 18th hole and recognition in our announcements and prize listings and results. Prizes: Each supplier donating a prize will get a sign at the tee box stating their name and what event the prize is awarded for. Prizes will be presented at the dinner at the end of the tournament.
