Screen Printing Key Factors

The Screen Printing process is the first process in the SMT line. This is the first step in the process where 60% of the defects can be identified. Also, some of the defects generated at this step of the process are detected at the end of the SMT line. 

This presentation will start dividing the Screen Printing process into two sections. External and Internal factors. However, will concentrate more on the internal factors, and how these affect the solder past deposition. Then a final section about best practices to control the process.
