From Automated Inspection (Optical and X-ray) to In-Circuit Test / Flying Probe Test to Functional Test, the importance of maximizing fault coverage will have a fast return-on-investment. This presentation will be a tutorial about testing and inspection processes, emphasizing how to save your company money at each step while minimizing. SPEAKER INFO Vaughan Carlson a 30+ year veteran of the ATE industry, Mr. Carlson has a BSEE from Mississippi State University and an MSEE from Southern Methodist University. Mr Carlson is with VALUE Engrafting is a Test Engineering service company based in Huntsville, Alabama. The firm was started in 1988. The Company's founder is Vaughan Carlson, who has been a Test Engineer since 1975 (after graduation from Mississippi State Univ.) when he started at General Dynamics in Ft.
