In the Sales Development Manager role, you will create and execute strategies leading to growing new OEM accounts. Assist in the identification of new opportunities and prospects for OEM products by utilizing existing CyberOptic client lists. Meet with business owner executives, marketing and directors of development for direct sales. Requires 30-40%. May include periodic international travel.

Require: 3-5 years direct technical sales experience in related high tech and/or international high tech business. Prefer 2-4 year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Must possess technical talent, be self-motivated and have the ability to build relationships with current customers. Initiate, attract and and establish prospective clients. Good perception of new client product positioning coupled with analysis ability of CyberOptic product integration. Familiarity with industry competition. Exhibit genuine interest in meeting personal and professional goals.(Japanese or other language skills an added plus.)
