Headquartered outside of Philadelphia, PA, with offices in London, Nurnberg, and Shanghai, Aegis provides solutions and support to over 1400 customer facilities worldwide. We are a dynamic, innovative company seeking a self-motivated and tech savvy individual to implement and support our world-class MES solutions.  System Deployment Engineers will work with project managers, trainers, developers, customers and partners to ensure on-time high quality delivery of Aegis Software systems.  The right candidate will have a blend of technical skills and manufacturing experience that allows him/her to help Aegis customers achieve their business goals through the use of our software.

Aegis has openings based out HQ in Horsham PA as well as strategic regions across the US.

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a deployment engineer, software trainer, or IT support specialist
• Experience in electronics or other manufacturing sector
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Desired:

• Technical writing experience
• IT Background
• Chinese or German language skills a plus
