Job Description: |
Responsibilities: Researches and understands the customers' requirements for the product function. Responsible for departmental communication and resolution to all the customers technical issues. Responsible for communicating yields and improvement plans to the customer. Analyzes defective product and the processes that produces them, reports results, and help initiate and resolve corrective action. Responsible for writing customer DFM reports and makes sure all issues are being addressed and closed. Hardware and Component Qualification.
Skills/Education:Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline or equivalent and two year's experience in an engineering capacity for a manufacturing company. Excellent and demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Excellent and demonstrated organization and decision making skills. Strong knowledge of fundamental electronics, computer hardware, personal computers and Windows applications.
