PCBA Production Operations Manager

Manager, PCBA Production Operations This position will be responsible for Leadership, coaching and Personnel development through the development of self directed work teams, coordinating cross functional external support, developing and preparing personnel for additional responsibility and career growth. The Production Manager position will plan and organize to meet cycle time, on-time delivery, quality, cost goals, and corporate objectives through resource planning, strategic staffing, managing department budget, maintaining production schedules and performance for on-time deliveries, insuring inventory and quality goals are met. Work for and support continuous process improvement on all department, site and corporate metrics and objectives. Additional accountability for supporting, influencing and managing processes that link customer product designs to Solectron GA manufacturing processes. Responsibility for insuring department maintains and improves CSI ratings along with maintaining favorable P&L performance. Requires a Bachelor�s degree in a Technical or Business area, 8+ years of Production Operations experience, strong planning, leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Team Lead or Management experience preferred along with a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
