Job Description: |

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities at the product, process, and Quality System level.
-
Identify unique customer quality requirements then develop, maintain, and improve the tools to support these requirements for printed circuit board and custom cable/wire harness production.

Serve as the primary resource for issues pertaining to the quality of the product from incoming inspection of supplier’s material to the final inspection of printed circuit boards and cable/wire harness products.

Maintain all quality records and documentation in support of the company in accordance with the Quality Manual and specific customer requirements.

Actively participate in and coordinate customer corrective action requests.
-
Using lean concepts design, document, and implement methods for process control and continuous process improvement for printed circuit board and custom cable/wire harness production.

Facilitate and assist in all internal auditing functions.
-
Participate in the development of tools used to document and analyze process quality data.

Develop, maintain, and improve training that is related to quality standards, systems, and tools.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
-
1+ years of experience in a Quality roll preferred.
-
Working knowledge of ISO certification programs, preferably 9001 and 13485.

Thorough understanding of IPC standards.
-
In depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems, policies, and procedures and the ability to apply that knowledge to the interpretation of customer requirements.

Extensive PC knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, and applicable programs.

Strong attention to detail.

Internal Auditing training or experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
