Job Description: |

Responsible for ensuring customer fill rate and inventory goals are met.
-
Analyze sales forecasts, history, and inventory to develop supply capacity plans.
-
Day to Day Materials Management – manage material supply and demand including demand loading, MRP functionality, purchasing, planning control, receiving/warehouse/shipping.
-
Identify and resolve supply issues and provide regular updates to senior management.
-
Maintain cross-functional alignment during new product development and transitions to support customer needs and minimize cost.
-
Optimize order quantities to drive savings in freight, warehouse, and carrying costs.
-
Manage ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
-
Analyze supplier quotes, Bill of Materials cost for RFQ in PLM system.
-
Support system improvements to improve overall planning performance and reporting.
-
Drive supply chain efficiencies in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Proactively report on out-of-stock and at risk times.
-
Complete landed cost analysis.
-
Develop and lead Global Supply Chain initiative – network and leverage internal and external supply chain teams in America and Asia.

Expand supply chain programs with key suppliers.
-
Ownership of material cost down initiative.
-
Global reach – manage all SCM in US and Asia.
-
Architect lean-inspired material processes.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
-
End-to end supply chain operations with good analytical, team building and problem solving skills.
-
Expertise in business planning, demand supply management, forecasting, process improvement and system implementation.

Demonstrated success in improving fill rates and inventory reduction.
-
Experience using MRP or other planning optimization tools. Oracle 11i and Agile PLM is a plus.
-
Direct experience in responsibilities above required.

Strong leadership skillrequired.
-
EMS/ODM/OEM experience is a plus.
-
BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
-
5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain related field.
