Process Engineering Supervisor

Reptron Manufacturing Services, a large electronics contract manufacturer needs a Process Engineering Supervisor for its Tampa, Florida facility. The successful candidate can provide management, scheduling, training, mentoring of the process engineering staff to include: Technical support in areas of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCB) Process Development, PCB Assembly equipment programming, SMT Equipment selection and installation, Continuous process and area improvement. Developing and/or assisting in the development and implementation of PCB assembly manufacturing process and documentation as well as PC based programs used in equipment operation. Assisting in the technical and /or electrical troubleshooting of equipment and in training of other personnel in the area. Must be able to travel Requirements include: BS Degree in Engineering is preferred. Will consider equivalent education through work and experience. One to two years of electronics test and/or manufacturing process development experience are strongly desired. Knowledge of PC based software and systems with a good understanding of the use of DOS, spreadsheets, databases and word processors.
