As the Sales Manager for Silicon Forest, you would be responsible for helping to continue our impressive revenue growth. Specifically, you would be responsible for: � Achieving all revenue targets as outlined in SFE Annual Plan � Forecasting and budgets � Holding regular one-on-one meetings with each seller to ensure they are on track for achieving their individual goals � Create and oversee tracking reports for accountability purposes � Lead regular sales meetings consisting of training, discussion of concerns or challenges, and direction toward achievement of company goals � Develop whatever tools, sales processes and support materials that are necessary for the sellers to exceed their goals � Continually recruit highly qualified sales people in key cities across the country as SFE grows into a national company � Periodically visit the sales people in these key cities and go on sales calls with them in order to develop their skills, keep informed regarding the industry, and be of help to the sellers in every way possible � Review sales compensation plans periodically to make sure that the sellers are fairly compensated and properly motivated � Continually provide the vision needed to keep each person in the sales department motivated and moving in the right direction Experience � Minimum of three years of successful experience in sales management with an electronics contract manufacturer � Extensive experience in manufacturing and the electronics industry � Familiarity with electronic assembly, including surface mount and through-hole technologies Must have: � Ability to be self-motivated and self-managed � Ability to set and achieve goals � Positive attitude, and desire to work in a team environment � Ability to quickly understand a complex and rapidly-changing technological landscape � Well-developed written and verbal communication skills This is a tremendous opportunity for the well-qualified candidate. You will be the point person that drives SFE�s expansion into a national player in the EMS business. This position, based in Vancouver, Washington, is a six-figure opportunity for the right person. Compensation plan will include generous salary, commission and bonus. The benefits package is generous, and includes 401-K with company match, as well as profit-sharing.
