Sales/Client Relations Associate

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual interested in a long term sales career in the Tech industry. Macrotron is seeking an Sales Associate to handle accounts for electronic manufacturing services. EMS services include assembly, SMT, pad printing, laser marking, and Ultrasonic Welding.

You will be a strategic partner of the sales team and will be expected to lead business growth and profitability in its sales operation over the next wave of business growth through lead generating and follow-through of inquires.

Job Specification

*Responsible for tracking existing sales, and keeping clients informed and up to date on the status of each order.

*Maintain and expand Sugar CRM client database of the organization.

*Record account information, contact details, track sales-related tasks, leads, prospects, and opportunities

*Prepare quotations and submit orders for exisiting opportunities.

*Be able to successfully close and build strong business relationships

*Provide weekly sales log/account activity status to management

*Document customer and competitive feedback as needed.

Job Requirements

*Knowledge of the Tech Industry

*College degree or equivalent

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

*Excellent sales personality, skills, and assertiveness

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*High energy, self-starter/self-motivator

*Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

*CRM software experience is a plus, but not required.
