Western Region Field Service Engineer

Attention 2-4 year tech school/engineering graduates with a willingness to learn and travel! We are looking for a field service engineer based in Phoenix, LA or San Jose area that will be responsible for installing, servicing and training customers on our industry-leading wire bonding equipment used by semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. You must possess excellent customer relationship, electro-mechanical/mechatronics and computer skills, along with a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport. Knowledge of semiconductor processes is a plus. As part of your job responsibilities, you will travel throughout the United States with occasional travel to Europe and Asia. All of the tools you require as a field service engineer will be provided, including a laptop computer and mobile phone/devices. All of your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
