Job Description: |
This position is responsible for programming SMT equipment.
Will supports production work flow (parts, stenciling, assembly and testing)
Diagnoses pick problems or placement issues and provides/implements solutions
Coaching/Train others how to operate and program Pick & Place machines.
Requirements
Minimum High school diploma required and/or technical training certificate in electronicsAS degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in operating and programming Pick and Place and SMT related equipment as it applies to populated printed circuit board production
1-2 years of knowledge in EMS programming
Background experience with Aegis Industrial software preferred
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledgeable in computers and computer/controller interfaces
Excellent communication skills required.
