SMT Programmer/Process Engineer

NRC Manufacturing, is a small, tight knit operation looking for a capable and knowledgeable SMT Machine Programmer. Experience and skill are important to us, and we’re looking for someone that can hit the ground running and knows their way around a PCB assembly house. The SMT Machine Programmer will hold a lot of responsibility, and we’re looking for an independent self-starter.

Responsibilities

Responsible for programming for all SMT processes
Create accurate placement for SMT pick and place machines per client provided specifications (experience with Fuji machines preferred)
Operate and maintain AOI profiles/programming, and be able to conduct First Article Inspection
Be able to work within IPC-610 quality standards
Requirements

3+ years experience in SMT programming, preferably with Fuji systems
Familiar with CircuitCAM Fuji Flexa programs to handle
Experience with stencil design and over profiles
Thorough knowledge of SMT components
Job Type: Full-time

We are also open to part-time/part-time remote as long as programming for machines is accurate and error-free.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
