Responsibilities:
1.Assist the sales department in making sales contracts, quotations, etc., and be responsible for verifying the accuracy of the contract. Complete this work in a timely manner when the salesperson is absent or unable to handle it.
2.Responsible for the production of relevant sales shippment document, etc., and cooperate with relevant departments to complete the freight work. Record and confirm the receipt of the item
3.Organize and record the customer information of the sales department, and analyze and report the sales situation. Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide timely services, follow up projects, and strive for customer orders
4.Receive customer orders, coordinate and follow up procurement, production, shipment and other matters. Assist the sales department to deal with the payment collection work, and communicate with customers on a regular basis.
5.Agree with the arrangement of the superior, complete other matters assigned by the superior, assist the sales department to deal with other matters, and report to the supervisor on a regular basis
Qualifications:
1.Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese will with priority;
2.College degree or above, major in International trade, e-commerce, logistics and other related majors;
3.No experience is required, and the company will provide 1-to-1 training
4.Like challenges, has the spirit of hard-working and teamwork
5.Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, passionate about the sales work
6.Responsible, good sense of customer service
