Production Engineer-Lean

Responsibilities: �Analysis, design, and implementation of new mechanical assembly processes �Design and implementation of cellular manufacturing using lean principles �Work with production personnel on rejects and day to day issues �Assist production with continuous improvement efforts �Create and maintain production documentation (i.e. work instructions, routing, time standards) Qualifications: �5+ years relevant experience �Excellent verbal, written, and PC skills �Must have knowledge of mechanical components and assembly processes of mechanical components �Knowledge of CAD system - SolidWorks preferred �Knowledge of lean principles required �BS degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
