Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the finance, Customs-related work of the Vietnamese subsidiary, and participated in the design of transaction reconciliation and settlement process in Vietnam;
2.Effectively supervise inventory management in Vietnam, participate in inventory turnover and logistics cost management, and provide reliable sales and operating cost information to relevant departments promptly;
3.Familiar with Vietnam's customs and tax system, responsible for maintaining good communication with customs, taxation and other relevant departments, and coordinating the company's internal team to ensure compliance;
4.Responsible for the verification management of imports and exports, customs data organization & archivement to ensure customs traceability and accuracy; Cooperate with relevant departments to built a well partnership in tax audit, finance, legal affairs and other work of the Vietnamese subsidiary.
Qualifications:
1.Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese or English will with priority;
2.College degree or above, major in finance management, international business management and other related majors;
3. Familiar with customs regulations and finance procedures, with relevant work experience for more than 1 year;
4. Have good communication skills, good teamwork spirit, and good ability to work under pressure;
5. Proficient in Word, Excel and other office software operations.
