Job Details:
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for equipment management, daily maintenance and upkeep;
2.Responsible for the introduction of new products; If there is an abnormality in quality, traceability analysis can be carried out and improved;
3.Responsible for controlling the discarding rate of the production line, improving the first-pass rate and production efficiency;
4.Responsible for the improvement and tracking of process problems; optimization, adjustment and control of equipment parameters;
5.Responsible for the production and management of Panasonic mounter machine programs, such as CM202, CM301, GKG, G2 and other models, and responsible for the training and management of related technical personnel
Qualifications:
1.Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese or English will with priority;
2.College degree or above, major in Mechanical, automation, electronic communication and other related science and engineering majors will with priority;
3.Proficient in Panasonic mounter machine, with the certain ability to control the manufacturing process, and can prevent & deal with production line abnormalities promptly.
4.Have a high desire for knowledge, constantly improve ability and level, be able to quickly learn new technologies, comprehend and apply them to work, have good communication, coordination and language skills, have a strong sense of teamwork, and be able to work under pressure;
5.Have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
