TITLE:
Account Manager for Intelligent Machine Vision Systems (iMVS).
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Account Manager iMVS � You will re-enforce our iMVS sales team
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will ensure successful deployment and acceptance of Fastcom�s unique selling proposition, which is speed and precision, in the market place. You will do so by further develop, in specific geographical markets, Fastcom�s channels to market, which are the Machine Vision System Integrators and OEM�s.
The technology of Fastcom�s iMVS products is based on an optimal use of Intelligent Random Pixel Access.
The Account Manager ensures the profitability, the continuity and the development of our Process-Automation business unit, by successfully selling Fastcom�s products for this market.
Your high ability in considering customer needs allows you to conclude long term partnerships with already/and not yet identified Machine Visions System Integrators and OEM�s in the field of Process-Automation, ie. 2D and 3D metrology, automated packaging, robot guidance, automated welding control, product sorting. .....
You work closely together with the VP Sales Process-Automation, the Product Management of the iMVS product line and the iMVS R&D team.
The position relies on strong communication and customer management skills.
Your success will be measured based on the following parameters:
� Successful recruitment of systems integrators.
� Sales volume.
� Gross margin.
REQUIREMENTS
Hard factors:
� Proven and successful sales track record in the field of machine vision preferentially acquired by selling machine vision systems or components of machine vision systems, ie. CCD cameras, frame grabbers, software, ... in one of the mentioned fields of process-automation.
� High autonomy and reliability in work.
� Ease with customers of various types of industries and regions.
� Excellent technical understanding of complex Machine Vision Systems.
� Ambitious, self-started, outstanding Manager with a disciplined style.
� Young and dynamic minded, ready to invest in a fast-growing start-up
� Excellent communication skills in English and French
Soft factors:
� Third European language.
� Ready to travel at least 30% of its activity.
