Customer Service Engineer

In this position you will be responsible for product installation and support of the West region. You will answer technical questions from our customers regarding system failures and applications. In addition you will repair complex systems with little supervision. For this position we require a minimum of 5 years experience in lasers, optics, and/ or electronics. Experience with diode pumped, ultra-fast systems, amplifier systems and pulse products is a plus. Customer service experience is also required. A BS or equivalent in a technical discipline is required. Send your resume.
