AOI Field Technical Sales / Applications Engineer

My client is a very well-backed and progressive company introducing a full line of SMT Automated Optical Inspection Equipment to the US market.� This is an excellent opportunity for a technical person (i.e. Applications Engineers, Process Engineers, etc.) to move into a position providing increased responsibilities and impact.��

Initially, this person will support the sales representatives with the technical expertise to help the customer choose the right system for their needs.� This will include meeting with customers, determining their needs, writing proposals and delivering technical presentations.

The skills needed to succeed are as follows.

Specific experience with the SMT process and it's equipment will be absolutely necessary.
Experience with�
An outgoing and positive personality.
A propensity toward speaking with customers and delivering technical presentations.
The desire to help build an organization and advance.
Ability to travel to customer sites
