Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Teledyne Electronic Technologies in Lewisburg, Tennessee, a full service supplier of contract manufacturing and engineering services in printed circuit board assembly, is seeking a manufacturing engineer. Will define manufacturing methods, work flow and assembly instructions for manufacture of electronic and electromechanical hardware. Estimate labor for build of electronic hardware. Solve problems identified during manufacturing process. Define and specify process materials required. Design fixtures and tools to suport manufacturing. Create programs for auto assembly equipment. Position requires knowledge/experience of thru-hole and surface mount electronics and manufacturing, cleaning equipment, programming, work flow generation, manufacturing instruction and method preparation is needed. Qualified candidates will have BSME, BSIE, BSIT or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years manufacturing engineering/process engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and CAM experience. Estimating experience desired.
