Process Engineering Manager

Process Engineering Manager The manager is responsible all aspects of process engineering functions such as process automation, process improvements, trouble shoot and conduct failure analysis on all processes and providing engineering support to all departments. He/she will also be involved in the technology upgrade and value-added projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering and will supervise a team of Engineers. Qualifications * Degree in Engineering * Well vested in chemical processing preferable * At least 7 years solid experience in manufacturing field of which not less than 3 years in supervisory level, preferably in PCB or semi-conductor field * Good communication and people skills for effective business interaction with external and internal customers * Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication * Willing to station in Zhuhai, PRC
