Process Engineering Technician

Reptron Manufacturing Services (RMS) needs your machine expertise for a process engineering technician position in our Tampa, FL facility. Must be able to support and troubleshoot existing SMT assembly equipment and processes to include screen printing, SMT placement, reflow process, wave solder and wash process. Also assist process engineers in providing technical support and gathering data. You may be expected to design and build fixtures and tooling for Engineering and Manufacturing from schematics, sketches or drawings and write technical manuals and documents designed by or used for engineering or support departments. Associates degree highly desired with at least three years' experience in manufacturing process development and operating SMT equipment. Knowledge and experience using MS Windows, spreadsheets, databases and word processors preferred. CAD, SPC, DOE and automated equipment programming experience is desirable.
