Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will lead overall improvement in the area of yield enhancement, reduction in non-conforming components and assemblies, as well as cost saving initiatives. An important attribute of this position is the use of SPC for variation identification, prediction, and process improvement. You will interface with, and provide information to Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and related. Some additional keywords include: Design of Experiments (DOE,)Quality, Training, Process and Equipment Validation, First Articles (pilot production runs,) methodologies, scrap reduction, Team Dynamics. Background and experience must reflect a BS in Engineering, as well as electro-mechanical assembly, sub assemblies, components, and testing.
