Our Client
Our client, a subsidiary of a public-listed group of companies, is a leading PCB electronics manufacturer with a prominent customer base that includes multinational corporations. To enhance its competitiveness in the global marketplace, it now seeks to appoint a Senior Process Manager/Director to improve its processes and yields.

The Job
Reporting to the Executive Director, your key responsibilities will include - Directing and managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure applications/products are timely delivered according to quality standards, production schedules as well as with higher cost savings and productivity improvement; - Supervising the production planning, engineering and R&D functions; - Providing the added expertise to resolve technical, production and quality challenges; - Developing strategies and initiating programs for continuous yield improvement and reliability; - Interacting and communicating effectively with customers, other divisions as well as the Board to achieve total customer satisfaction at all levels; and - Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000 and ISO 14001.

Requirements:
You are likely to possess: - A Degree/Master/Doctorate in chemical engineering; - Between 5 to 15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity; - Experience in process improvements as well as in-depth knowledge of the wet process; - Strong technical knowledge in PCB manufacturing, specifically in rigid, flex, rigid-flex as well as multi-layer PCBs; - Demonstrated success in driving delivery and quality initiatives/targets; - Proven leadership capabilities and catalyst for change in your previous roles; - Added ability to work directly and effectively in a team environment; as well as - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
