Manufacturing Engineer--SMT

Provide technical support and direction to production and development process in manufacturing to ensure up to date processes that run trouble free to build a quality product in the required amount of time. Duties: 1. Provide technical leadership to production and manufacturing 2. Establish and maintain process instructions and documentation 3. Develop and document training for equipment 4. Develop and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement 5. Manufacturing process development of new technology 6. Provide manufacturing input to new and existing programs 7. Procure manufacturing equipment needed for new processes or products 8. Develop Line balancing and line layout to ensure good process flow
