Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for our Clarksburg, Maryland location. This is an excellent management opportunity to oversee SMT, PC board assembly and test! You will lead and motivate the Manufacturing Technicians, and Manufacturing Assemblers in PC assembly, electro mechanical, test, and assembly disciplines. Must be able to manage the transition of build to print, development programs and pilots into production. Ability to review manufacturing processes, identify best practices and provide suggestions for improvements. In this role, you will: (a) Lead efforts on product cost reductions for manufacturing. (b) Define and manage projects aimed toward quality improvement. (c) Define and manage projects aimed toward process/product improvement. (d) Formulate and implementing goals, objectives, plans, and budgets for the Manufacturing Engineering, Test, and Assembly departments. As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager you must possess a strong technical proficiency, excellent leadership skills and proven manufacturing management experience. Manufacturing Engineering Manager Requirements: To be considered for this exciting and challenging role you must have:

U.S. citizenship.

Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in the electronics manufacturing environment.

BS Engineering degree required.

Must have demonstrated leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
