Production Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated 2nd shift production supervisor with the desire to make a significant contribution to the continued success and growth of our company. You will be responsible for supervising production and employees for large electronic manufacturing facility in Gaylord, Michigan. Will be responsible for entire PCB assembly cycle to include surface mount, hand assembly, solder, test, quality and packout areas. Must be able to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Our team leaders review and approve procedures, work with engineers, work on the continuous improvement of the processes, and evaluate, train and supervise the production personnel. Qualified Team Leader candidates should have: . An BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related and two years experience or 8 years of progressive experience or combination of education and experience. .
