SMT Lead Operator/Supervisor

Operating and loading of SMT machine per process documentation. Assigning work and SMT build schedules to other SMT operators as per SMT production plan. Responsible for SMT machine operation. Maintain and repair any problems, if possible. Responsible to ensure SMT daily and weekly maintenance is performed as outlined by SMT Engineer. Track and log performed maintenance. Maintain a 95% or better inventory accuracy on the SMT line. Ensure unused inventory is returned to stock or accounted for within the 2% scrap factor. Account and report daily for scrap/rejected SMT inventory from SMT machine lines. Have inventory written up to the PCA repair locations and written off. Must have supervisory experience, 3-5 yrs experience as a SMT Operator.
