Staff Process Engineer - Senior Job Title: Staff Process Engineer - Senior Purpose: Design, implement, and administer global manufacturing processes. Manage manufacturing productivity solutions 8. Manage vendor needs for improvements to specific manufacturing technologies 9. Support manufacturing aspects of site integration 10. Lead vendor management 11. Support User Groups and drive project ownership 12. Lead Process Controls Strategy Development 13. Lead technical resource allocation 14. Lead development of DF(x) rules 15. Support equipment procurement and distribution 16. Lead Standard Equipment Evaluations 17. Manage Quality system / MES Deployment Strategies (Equip.) 18. Lead Equipment Strategy Development 19. Lead Material Qualifications 20. Lead new process development 21. Lead external technical information management for Plexus Corp. 22. Support Failure Analysis 23. Lead Marketing and new customer technology reviews 24. Lead the development site of Process resources Education/Experience: � A Bachelor�s degree in Engineering or similar field or equivalent is highly desired. � Individual typically has 10+ years experience in an engineering role or equivalent. � The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job.
